Why I started TGH:

I started TGH with the vision of connecting people. I believe that amazing things can be created when great synergies happen. I knew what it was like to struggle with building a business and balancing it with growing a family. I also knew that the reason I went into business was to create time and financial freedom for my family, which would also allow me to spend more time on passion projects and giving back to the community. 

I was fortunate enough to experience the life-changing impact that talented and empowered virtual assistants could make to my life and business, and I wanted other business owners to experience the same. 

On the flip side, having grown up in Singapore and seen many Filipinos having to leave their country and families to have better opportunities, broke my heart. I wanted to give people the opportunity to work from home, just like I have for close to a decade, and be global.

Superpowers:

Calendar Sorceress: Bends time, space, and Google Calendar to make the impossible meeting… possible. Bonus power: telepathically knows who’s double-booked before they do.

Inbox Whisperer: Tames the wild beast known as the inbox. Can find a lost email from 2017 in minutes using only sheer will and finely honed label-fu.

Crisis Ninja: Calmly solving chaos with a smile while internally screaming—but never dropping the Zoom call, the spreadsheet, or the ball.

Fun Fact:

Ask her to play a sport and she’ll trip over her own feet —but give her dumbbells and she turns into the Hulk with better hair and nails. 🏋️‍♀️💅 She’ll deadlift your entire to-do list and your excuses, all while avoiding anything that involves a ball or balance. 😂💪

Superpowers:.

Raine is what you might call a ‘detail-oriented’ person. She has a knack for taking in large amounts of information and then organising it in a way that makes sense. Raine always looks for ways to optimise a process and execute it. Not only that… she is also quite creative. She has a knack for coming up with new ideas and solutions, which means that she’s always thinking outside the box.

So, when you put all of these together, you get someone who is pretty darn good at understanding complex technical information and then breaking it down in a way that can be easily understood by others. She’s always loved what she does and gives her full effort into projects, and delivers what is expected and more.

Fun Fact:  

Raine is a balanced individual who can compartmentalise and think rationally and objectively. She is ready to listen and mentor you for FREE. But if you do love life sessions, she might charge you for it by the thousands $$. 🤣

Superpowers:

Journey Mapper – Charting Critical Client Flows , Benette sees the whole path and maps it with clarity.  

Flow Architect – Whether it’s building Critical Client Flows or setting up entire operations from scratch, she sees patterns and inefficiencies before they hit the radar. 

Team Navigator – Coaches, champions, and clients know they can count on her to guide them through business shifts and changes.

The Connector – She builds the workflows, writes the playbooks, and makes sure the team actually knows how to use them.

Fun Fact:

When she’s not streamlining systems or training Champion VAs, Benette is deep in a K-pop rabbit hole—loyally stanning EXO, NCT (yes, every subunit), and RIIZE. Her idea of relaxing? Bingeing property YouTube channels like Design Seed, Presello, Homesearch PH, Coleman Johns, and The Local Project—plus documentaries on business, crime, and anything that explains how the world works.

And she’s never alone. Her three cats—Mama Orange, Lemon and Kiwi—are honorary TGH team members who’ve sat in on more Gmeets and Zoom calls than most VAs. They’ve heard every strategy session, meowed through many Fathom recordings, and probably know the Scaling Scorecard by heart!

Nikita blends years of hands-on industry experience with her MBA studies to help founders build businesses that run with clarity, structure, and momentum. She has a unique ability to quickly diagnose operational gaps, translate big ideas into actionable systems, and bring order to even the most complex business challenges.

Known for her calm yet energetic presence, Nikita guides clients through GEOS sessions with strategic insight and genuine care – creating an environment where founders feel seen, supported, and confident in the path forward. She excels at simplifying chaos, aligning teams and processes, and designing practical solutions that drive meaningful, sustainable growth.

Fun Fact:

Nikita has never had a soft drink in her life (yes – zero Coke, Sprite, Fanta… ever 🙅‍♀️🥤).

When she’s not supporting founders or pursuing her MBA, you’ll find her running community initiatives across Australia or moon-gazing 🌙- her favourite way to slow down, recharge, and reset.

 👟 She’s a running addict — and yes, she runs faster when her shoes are new and match her outfit. Style meets speed!

👩‍👦‍👦 She’s a loving, hands-on momma to two energetic boys and a devoted wife — family is her anchor and biggest motivation.

❤️She’s an advocate for emotional awareness and intentional parenting — She believes that who we are at home reflects who we are outside, and it all starts with how we treat ourselves and others.

Driven by a passion for helping others, whether it’s a big task or a small favour, she finds joy in offering support and providing assistance whenever it’s needed.
She believes that our differences can bring strength, and with openness and collaboration, we can always work toward a shared goal.

Fun Fact:

A big fan of Indian food (Keema and Butter Chicken are her all-time favorites! 🍗). She’s always on the lookout for restaurants in the Philippines that serve authentic Indian cuisine.
A small woman with a big heart — she has a special place in her heart for individuals with special needs, being an Ausome mom herself. 

Superpowers:

Jet brings heart and structure into everything she does. She loves working with people, and while it’s not always rainbows, it’s in those conversations where she gets to grow through collaboration, compromise, and finding the way back to solutions, even when discussions take turns. 

So when she connects with clients or Champions, it’s never just a task to tick off. She had seen many clients come in hoping a VA would solve everything overnight, but without the right structure and clarity, it often leads to overwhelm or burnout. 

That’s where Jet comes in, along with the team, to help lay the groundwork so everyone feels supported and aligned.

Fun Fact:

She’s a first-time (and probably one-time! 🤣) mom who’s always been a homebody. 

Her happy place is a cold, dark room, curled up in a fluffy blanket, devouring too-spicy food during a movie marathon.

Looks can be deceiving – she can finish 9 cups of rice in one sitting. Oh, she speaks a little bit of German too.

Grace manages the hiring process and is someone who loves meaningful conversations. She’s known for creating a welcoming and relaxed interview environment where candidates feel safe to share their stories and strengths. She listens with genuine interest, looks beyond the resume, and brings out the best in people by making space for honest, thoughtful dialogue. Shey is an introvert, but don’t let that get you. As a marketing specialist, she knows how to communicate and reach people on a personal level. And she does it all with a smile on her face.

When it comes to giving the best client experience, Shey is your girl. ✨

Shey is on a journey to find work and life alignment, and she’s learning all kinds of new things along the way. She always loves baking, but she’s currently a frustrated pastry chef.

Clifford is a passionate marketing specialist who enjoys exploring new strategies and finding creative ways to connect with people. He loves learning, improving, and growing with every project he handles. With a focus on long-term goals and meaningful results, He aims to bring positivity, teamwork, and a touch of creativity to everything he does.

Fun Fact:

Clifford’s got a decent spice tolerance, enough to still joke and play a few mobile games in between bites. Serious talks? He’ll save those for after he respawns.

Iyah’s superpower is turning ideas into impact through words. Crafting scroll-stopping headlines, high-converting emails, or brand stories that actually sound like you? She knows how to turn words into growth!

She’s a real crime-podcast listener, with a twist of psychological insights from experts! Her dream is to be a licensed therapist…soon.
