Here’s a run-through of the step-by-step procedure on how The Growth Hub hand-picks the best candidates that fit your company’s needs.
INITIAL INTERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Officer will conduct an initial interview where the behavior and technical equipment of the applicant will be assessed.
CLIENT SUCCESS HERO INTERVIEW
A 2nd level interview will be conducted by the Client Success Hero to assess the eligibility of the applicant for enrollment to the Growth University based on the applicants’ experience and skillset.
THE GROWTH UNIVERSITY
If the applicant passes the 2 prior interviews, he/she will be enrolled at the Growth University where the applicants will undergo 5 days of Property Training/ Buyers’ Agent Virtual Assistant Courses.
POOL OF THE GROWTH UNIVERSITY SCHOLARS
Upon completion of the courses, the applicants will be included in the pool of Growth University Scholars ready to be endorsed to clients.
WAY YOU WORK SESSION
A Client Success Hero will conduct a Way You Work Session with the new Client to complete a Client Brief which will be the basis for the selection of potential Virtual Assistants from the pool of TGU Scholars.
ENDORSEMENT OF PROFILE/S
The resume, introduction video, and DISC profile of the selected TGU Scholars will then be endorsed to the client for their initial assessment.
CLIENT INTERVIEW
The assigned CSH will schedule a Client Interview with the endorsed TGU Scholars where the Client will personally interview and assess their competencies.
SELECTING YOUR CHAMPION
The Client will advise the Client Success Hero on his/her preferred Champion.
