Why I started TGH:

I started TGH with the vision of connecting people. I believe that amazing things can be created when great synergies happen. I knew what it was like to struggle with building a business and balancing it with growing a family. I also knew that the reason I went into business was to create time and financial freedom for my family which would also allow me to spend more time on passion projects and giving back to the community. 

I was fortunate enough to experience the life changing impact that talented and empowered virtual assistants could make to my life and business and wanted other business owners to experience the same. 

On the flip side, having grown up in Singapore and seen many Filipinos having to leave their country and families to have better opportunities, broke my heart. I wanted to give people the opportunity to work from home, just like I have for close to a decade, and be globally.

Faye is in charge of managing our VA’s and client’s to make sure that they receive the best possible service from us.

Faye work best under pressure. She joys challenges that force her to step up her game and those situations are when her super power naturally manifest.

Raine is what you might call a ‘detail-oriented’ person. She has a knack for taking in large amounts of information and then organizing it in a way that makes sense. Raine always looks for ways to optimize a process and execute it. Not only that… she is also quite creative. She has a knack for coming up with new ideas and solutions, which means that she’s always thinking outside the box.

So, when you put all of these together, you get someone who is pretty darn good at understanding complex technical information and then breaking it down in a way that can be easily understood by others. She’s always loved what she does and gives her full effort into projects and delivers what is expected and more.

Raine is a balanced individual that can compartmentalize and think rationally and objectively. She is ready to listen and mentor you for FREE. But if you do love life sessions, she might charge you for it by the thousands $$. 🤣

Wanna is our ultimate organiser, with her ability to do a variety of tasks including general administration, sales administration and ad-hoc projects.

Don’t ask Wanna to wake up early, she can’t. Other than that, she can do absolutely anything.

Looks can be deceiving – she can finish 9 cups of rice in one sitting. Oh, she speaks a little bit of German too.

Gia is efficient, fast, and a multi-tasker. She is capable of completing any task given to her. Put her into any position and she will flourish, without a doubt.

Grace manages the day-to-day requirements of the organization by organizing reports, statistics, and scheduling suitable applicants to go to the next stage of the process.

Sheila is an introvert, but don’t let that get you. As a marketing specialist, she knows how to communicate and reach people on a personal level. And she does it all with a smile on her face.
